Eyelid surgery, or blepharoplasty, is a procedure that improves the appearance of your upper or lower eyelids. The goal of eyelid surgery is to achieve a more youthful, rejuvenated appearance of the eye. Upper blepharoplasty is a different surgical procedure from lower blepharoplasty but often both procedures can be performed at the same time.
